Dradamus is a groundbreaking company committed to developing high level performing arts experiences for young people in our community. We work with young people of primary and secondary age with different needs and expectations providing workshops and training, leading to outstanding original performances.
Led by experienced professional practitioners, we ensure the children create exceptional music, dance and drama, experience incredible fun, and build unforgettable moments.
Meet the Team
Specialists in Performance and Education
Andy Nunn
Musician/Educator
Andy is a professional musician and teacher. He offers music sessions for primary schools in the Hastings area and has written and produced many musicals and original songs for primary and secondary schools. He has toured globally with internationally acclaimed musicians, including numerous festival and TV appearances.
Elaine Vanner
Dance
Elaine co-founded Combination Dance Education Company, performing and running school residences across the UK. She has led cross-curricular projects in the south east, including primary dance workshops, teacher training and site specific work. She is an educational advisor for the Hofesh Shechter Dance Company.
Niall Whitehead
Drama
Niall is a writer and director, and educator in primary and secondary school sectors. He is Artistic Director of 1066 Youth Theatre in Hastings and regularly directs performances in the South East. He works with the RSC, supporting their research educational programme. He led Schools Connect Arts Project across Hastings and Rother. Niall has written numerous plays and musicals and leads drama workshops for all ages, including teacher training.
